Our Control Your Mind training teaches golfers to direct attention, regulate emotions, and trust their swing when it counts.

Why It Matters?

  • “One-shot mindset” for 18 holes of present-tense golf

Many golfers today have dreams of making it to the college level and pro level. The foundation for those goals and dreams start young with a lot of people trying to influence them. There are many coaches, online tutorials, parents, and many other influences that can help and can hurt our golfers. I am looking to enhance the knowledge that is already being provided to them with a unique look at the basics of mental side to the game of golf. Too often, we are solely focused on how hard far we can hit and what our score is an immature age.

Remember sometimes it is OK to ask for help! As parents want to help as much as possible but do not let the coaching interfere with the parent/child relationship. In the end, this is a game, but relationships are a lifetime.
